1. Acceptance clause

Entering Shanghai Tend information technology co., LTD., Chinese website indicates that you conclude this agreement, and you will be bound the terms and conditions of this agreement (" terms "). TENDATA may solely decide to change the "terms"at any time. TENDATA will publish any changes on its web site to inform you. If you don't agree with relevant change, you must stop using the "service". Once the revised "terms" is published on web site announcement, it automatically takes effect immediately. 3.Fees

The company charges you after informing you according to article 1. You get paid for the company for trade, services, the tax payable and related hardware, software, communications, network services and other fees. The company cantemporarily or permanently change or stop part or all of the rights of "service"without any written notice.
